Permanent Advisory Committee

The plenary may form a permanent advisory committee, composed by at least three members, and mandatorily comprehending the substitute of the president, the spokesperson, the website manager and the secretary.
The President may attend the permanent advisory committee meetings when deemed necessary and shall chair the meetings.

The permanent advisory committee has competence to prepare the plenary meetings, to present proposals of activities and initiatives for the Commission and to exercise the specific delegated powers. It also cooperates with the president on the day-to-day management.
